Printing (steps)

Developing: 

We developed our Diorama Airport products by using MacOS & Adobe Creative Cloud design software.

Ordering: 

Once you have placed an order the production process begins. This includes Planning, Printing, Drying, Cutting, Sorting, Packing, Shipping and Customer Service. 

Printing, sorting & packing: 

We use the finest Ricoh and Epson printers aligned & calibrated for the highest print quality. After printing, drying and cutting, the products will be sorted, packed and shipped with the greatest care.

        

Shipping & customer service: 

The Netherlands 1-2 working days, Europe 3-7 working days, Worldwide 8-14 working days.
After shipping you will receive a Track & Trace no. by email.

Advice: 

We advise you to use a cutting mat, scissors, ruler, craft knife, tweezers, small screwdrivers, paper glue, a bowl of water and a towel. 
Read and familiarize yourself with guidelines and instructions. After cutting out parts flattern them and fit before gluing. Pritt Pen glue is water-based, you can use a fingertip for gluing and clean it in water. This will prevent unexpected glue stains. Don't rush, enjoy building!
